From initial planning through final completion and beyond, our process is designed to provide clear communication, exceptional craftsmanship, and peace of mind every step of the way. We intentionally limit the number of projects we take on so that every client receives personal attention and the oversight their investment deserves.
1. Discovery Consultation
The process begins with a conversation about your vision, goals, and timeline. We ask that any available drawings, plans, or specifications be sent to our office for review.
2. Internal Project Review
Our team carefully reviews your plans and project requirements to ensure we can meet your expectations, timeline, and overall project goals.
3. Design & Planning Consultation
We will meet with you in our office to discuss your project in greater detail, answer questions, and establish a clear understanding of your vision.
4. Site Assessment & Pre-Construction Walk
We visit the project site to evaluate existing conditions, utilities, access, and other site-specific factors. During this visit, we also review home placement, key measurements, and important construction details to ensure the project is set up for success.
5. Ballpark Pricing
Based on our review and site assessment, we prepare a ballpark pricing proposal outlining the scope of work, budget, and overall project approach.
6. Pre-Construction Agreement
Once the proposal is accepted, we move forward with a Pre-Construction Agreement and fee, allowing us to begin detailed planning and coordination for your project.
7. Pre-Construction & Planning
Our team coordinates permits, utilities, engineering requirements, scheduling, and product selections while working closely with local authorities and service providers.
8. Construction Preparation
After approvals are secured, we finalize schedules, order materials, and coordinate with our trusted network of subcontractors and trade partners.
9. Construction & Project Management
Throughout construction, our experienced team oversees every aspect of the project. We coordinate trades, manage schedules, maintain quality standards, and proactively address challenges such as weather delays, material lead times, permitting requirements, and unforeseen site conditions.
10. Project Completion & Final Walk-Through
As construction nears completion, we conduct a Final Walk-Through with you. Together, we identify any paint touch-ups, drywall repairs, adjustments, or final details requiring attention, giving our team time to complete them before your project is delivered.
11. Warranty & Ongoing Service
For added peace of mind, every home comes with a 12-month builder warranty that begins when your Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
